能力素质和人才测评:能力素质模型是人才衡量的标准,基于工业组织心理学原理,职位分析产生职位定义,不同职位具有不同的能力素质剖象,HR管理部门或者经理人在招募、选拔、继任计划、领导力发展、职业发展、绩效评估、并购整合等各个环节或场景,基于能力素质模型对职业人士进行测评。
