如何做好一名管理者?

熙熙攘攘,皆为利来,皆为利往!利益是简单也是有力的诱惑力与动力,你对员工说再多激情鼓舞的话,哪怕你说到天花乱坠,也顶多是一针鸡血,而要有实际效果还是要看实际的利益。每一位员工都是优异且有巨大潜力的,而挖掘这份潜力好武器就是利益,做同一件事你的员工可以获得比别人更多的报酬与奖励(如果这样都不能挑起动力,这员工相必也不是你想要的人才)。而这份额外的奖励,就是来自领导的自身,前期铺垫好了,获得的会比舍出去的更多。
