建全企业管理制度和管理流程的方法有哪些?

贯彻执行。要想真正有效地贯彻执行好新制度,应主要做好以下几个方面的工作:一是管理者要预先树立一定的公信力,也就是说要让员工们充分信任管理者。二是开始实施新制度时一定要严厉,不论是谁都不能搞特殊,所有人都必须无条件执行。
