很多企业都会抱怨员工不能达到自己的预期,总是辜负自己对他们的期望。但是,这些企业的管理者更应该思考的问题是:你平常都做了些什么?

Many enterprises complain that employees can not meet their expectations and always fail to meet their expectations. But the more important question for managers of these companies is: what do you usually do?

作为企业的管理者和领导 者,千万不要以为你提的要求员工就一定会不折不扣地照办。当你对员工提出要求和期望时,你还要问问自己:为了让员工能够满足你提出的期望和要求,你自己都做了些什么?你努力去获得员工对你期望和要求的认可了吗?你在建立员工的责任感和使命感方面做得足够吗?更重要的,要想激发员工奋发图强去实现目标,你身先士卒做出表率了吗?你努力赢得员工的尊重、认可和追随了吗?

As the manager and leader of the enterprise, do not think that your requirements will be followed by the employees. When you ask for and expect employees, ask yourself: what have you done to enable them to meet your expectations and requirements? Have you tried to get the recognition of your expectations and requirements from your employees? Are you doing enough to build a sense of responsibility and mission for your employees? More importantly, do you take the lead in order to motivate employees to strive to achieve their goals? Have you tried to win the respect, recognition and follow of your employees?

如果所有这些基本的管理动作、领导行为你都做得不到位(更别说压根儿没做了),那你凭什么认为员工能够很好地满足你和企业对他提出的要求和期望呢?

If you don't do all these basic management actions and leadership actions (let alone not at all), why do you think that employees can meet the requirements and expectations you and the enterprise put forward to him?

工商管理的知识是理论与实践的结合,MBA注重培养的核心素养就是更好地做好管理工作、提高商业意识和沟通能力等。
