宣传造势。在正式开始实行管理制度前,应进行大量的宣传造势活动。让员工们了解并充分掌握管理制度的具体内容。二是大力宣传实行管理制度将给单位员工个人带来切实的利益。三是管理制度将马上开始实施,任何人都不能阻止,必须无条件执行,执行不到位将会受到严厉的处罚。……

贯彻执行。要想真正有效地贯彻执行好新制度,应主要做好以下几个方面的工作:一是管理者要预先树立一定的公信力,也就是说要让员工们充分信任管理者。二是开始实施新制度时一定要严厉,不论是谁都不能搞特殊,所有人都必须无条件执行。

定期讲评。员工们只会做领导重视的事情,且一项管理制度只有适应单位形势才能发挥出有效的作用。为了执行好制度,单位内部要定期对管理制度的执行情况进行讲评,以提高员工们的重视程度并及时发现制度执行中存在的问题。主要做好以下几项工作。一是发现违反制度之人并加以惩处。
