1、我要达成什么目标(业务人员是每天要做多少业绩,职能体系人员通常是6件事)。

1. What goals do I want to achieve (the daily performance of business personnel, and six things for functional system personnel).

2、我为什么要做这几件事

2. Why should I do these things

3、我具体要怎么做?步骤、关键节点是什么?

3. What should I do? What are the steps and key nodes?

4、完成这几件事我需要哪些资源?是否准备好?

5、如果遇到问题可以请求哪些人协助?

管理者要做的就是,根据前面2个问题,判断员工的方向是否正确,如果目标设定不合理,要及时纠正和引导;根据后面3个问题,判断他的执行是否有效,给予指点和引导。
