战略管理分析工具新7S原则有哪些?

新7S原则(Principal of New 7S),由美国管理大师达·维尼提出,强调的是企业能否打破现状、抓住主动权和建立一系列暂时的优势。新7S原则的经营思维架构,具体包括:

The principle of new 7S (principle of new 7S), put forward by American Management Master darwini, emphasizes whether enterprises can break the status quo, seize the initiative and establish a series of temporary advantages. The operational thinking framework of the new 7S principle includes:

(1)更高的股东满意度(Stockholder satisfaction)。这里的“股东”是一个十分广泛的概念,即客户的概念,包括过去企业最重视的股东、市场导向管理中迅速得到重视的顾客以及近几年人本管理的主角即员工。

(1) Higher shareholder satisfaction. The "shareholder" here is a very broad concept, that is, the concept of customer, including the most valued shareholder in the past, the customers who have been rapidly valued in the market-oriented management, and the protagonist of humanistic management in recent years, that is, employees.

(2)战略预测(Strategic soothsaying)。要做到客户满意,公司就必须用到战略预测。了解市场和技术的未来演变,就能看清下一个优势会出现在哪里,从而率先创造出新的机会。

(2) Strategic forecasting. To achieve customer satisfaction, the company must use strategic forecasting. By understanding the future evolution of market and technology, we can see where the next advantage will appear, so as to take the lead in creating new opportunities.

(3)速度定位(Speed)。在如今超强竞争环境下,成功与否在于能否创造出一系列的暂时优势,所以公司快速从一个优势转移到另一个优势的能力非常重要。速度让公司可以捕捉需求、设法破坏现状、瓦解竞争对手的优势,并在竞争对手采取行动之前就创造出新的优势。

(3) Speed. In today's super competitive environment, success depends on whether it can create a series of temporary advantages, so the ability of the company to quickly transfer from one advantage to another is very important. Speed allows companies to capture demand, try to undermine the status quo, disrupt competitors' advantages, and create new advantages before competitors take action.

(4)出其不意的定位(Surprise)。经营者们要做的工作,是探寻价值创新的道路,而很少去控制和管理现有的业务运作。

(4) Surprise. What the operators have to do is to explore the way of value innovation, and rarely control and manage the existing business operation.

(5)改变竞争规则(Shifting the rules against the Competition)。改变竞争规则可以打破产业中既有的观念和标准模式。亦步亦趋,是被动应战,常常取不到好的效果。

(5) Shifting the rules against the competition. Changing the competition rules can break the existing concept and standard model in the industry. Following suit is a passive response and often fails to achieve good results.

(6) 告示战略意图(Signaling Strategic intent)。向公众及产业内同行公布你的战略意图和未来行动,有助于告诫竞争对手,不要侵入你的市场领域;同时,还可以在顾客中有效地形成“占位效应”,即有购买意图的顾客会等待告示公司的该种产品研制生产出来后再购买,而不去购买市场上已有的其他公司的同类产品。

(6) Signaling strategic intent. Publicizing your strategic intentions and future actions to the public and peers in the industry helps to warn competitors not to intrude into your market; At the same time, it can also effectively form a "space occupying effect" among customers, that is, customers with purchase intention will wait for the notice company to develop and produce this kind of product before purchasing, instead of purchasing similar products of other companies in the market.

(7) 同时的、一连串的战略出击(Simultaneous and sequential Strategic thrusts)。仅有静态的能力,或是仅有优良的资源都是不够的,资源需要有效地加以运用。公司战略成功的关键,在于将知识和能力妥善运用,以一连串的行动夺取胜利,并将优势迅速移到不同的市场。

(7) Simultaneous and sequential strategic thrusts. It is not enough to have only static ability or excellent resources. Resources need to be used effectively. The key to the success of a company's strategy lies in the proper use of its knowledge and ability, winning with a series of actions, and rapidly moving its advantages to different markets.
